The Wedding Venue
Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Malta Golden Sands.
We are excited to host our special day (or days in our case, joys of an Indian wedding) at the stunning Radisson Blu, on the shores of Golden Bay beach. This amazing beach resort offers a spa, diverse cuisine of restaurants and easy access to the beach if you wish to stay beyond our wedding and make a holiday of it.
Where to Stay
Our planned events (Thursday- Saturday) will be held at the Radisson Blu Golden Sands, for those of you looking to stay at this venue here is our Family/Friends discount code ‘PATELWED’.
Alternatively there are many hotel options available in Melliena and St Paul Bay which are approximately 12-15 mins drive from the resort.
Getting around Malta
There are direct flights regularly from all major UK airports to Malta International, from here the Radisson Blue Golden Sands is approximately a 30 minute drive and we would advise booking an uber or bolt rather than local cabs.
Taxi
Uber and Bolt are the two recommended taxi apps. Very reliable and quick waiting time (normally under 5 minutes) with most locations being an average of 10-20 minutes away, depending on where you choose to stay.
Car Hire
If you are interested in renting a car Merlin Cars are easy to book. You can collect/drop off from the airport or your accommodation.

Ferry
If staying in Sliema, Valletta or one of the Three Cities (Senglea, Birgu or Cospicua), then the passenger ferry is a great way to travel between these locations.
